Meoanthra Realty was founded in 2015 with one mission: making lands and houses (residential and commercial) acquisition seamless for individuals and corporate buyers. Our specialty is representing buyers and sellers of luxury homes in Nigeria.

With The combinations of our years of Real Estate consulting/brokerages, and Mortgage Banking experiences, we make investments in Real Estate very accessible to everyone in a way that is simple, secure and profitable. It is worthy to note that we also offer free consultancy to individuals who Wants to access a Mortgage Loans either through the National Housing Fund Scheme or simply loans from Mortgage Banks.

Martha Ene Ochigbo-Ogbu, is a Marketing and business promotion strategist, Certified Real Estate Consultant (UK and Nigeria), motivational speaker, Author of two books and a core entrepreneur.
She has worked in different organizations in Nigeria ranging from three Mortgage Banks where she functioned at middle and Senior Management levels, Real Estates Management companies as well as Telecommunication Company. In addition, she is a Products Development expert.
She has attended various trainings in Nigeria and overseas on Commercial and Mortgage Banking, Customer Service, Strategic business plan and Real Estates in Nigeria and Dubai.
She is a member of Global Ace Hope Foundation (NGO), Jazz 38 – an International Centre for Art, British Council, Real Estates Millionaires (REMS) and Volunteer member of Junior Achiever of Nigeria (JAN).

Jude Ogbu is a co-founder of Meo-Anthra Global Concepts, a parent company of Meo – Anthra Realty. He is a consultant, general adviser and in charge of Meo Movers. Meo Movers is an arm of Meoanthra Realty created mainly to assist our client move houses or offices.

Patrick Ochepa work with us as a project consultant in charge of inspections of some of the completes projects we get from our developing partners. He gives the go ahead to sell same after inspection. Patrick Echo Ochepa is a Civil Engineer registered with COREN and Nigerian Society of Engineers with more than 10 yrs of vast experience in infrastructures, Industrial Building design. Structural design of Fire Safety building, superstructures and substructures detailed design.
He has experiences in site supervision, construction works, and accountancy. He is good in construction methods and construction sequences in civil structural constructions above or below the ground. He has sound knowledge of engineering softwares. Well familiar with IRC, Indian Standards, British Codes and Euro Codes.
